Arc Position / Text Base: Determines if text is primarily on the top or bottom half of the circle, affecting character orientation for readability.

We recommend that when using text on the top arc, the text direction be clockwise, and when using the bottom arc, the text direction be counter-clockwise.

0° is at the top of the circle. Defines the center of the text block if 'Center Text Block' is checked, otherwise the start of the first character.

Center Text Block around Start Angle If checked, the entire text string will be centered at the 'Start Angle'. If unchecked, 'Start Angle' is where the first character begins.
