.bin file weight reduce

Hi again!
I think I'm overusing this community for my questions xD, but hope they are useful for the ones who read!
I've just finished another theme, and is working correctly BUT the .bin file is 450+ kb, so I'm not able to use it on mi band 4, as I read .bin files must be at most 300kb.
Is there a way I can reduce it, so it fits on the 300kb? I'm not using a lot of images, just 64, so I don't know where to start...
Thanks again everyone who can help!

Without the bin file I can only guess. Some tips:
1. By adding Transparency, you must save images as 32 bit. This increases the size. If possible safe as 24 bit and do not use transparency
2. Try reducing the number of colors by using a posterize tool in your paint program. You can easily do this without actually decreasing the quality of the wf when it is shown on the miband.
3. Try making the images as small as possible. For example the steps, only create an image for the difference in each step progress and do not add the old progress. Each image in the steps progress can be placed anywhere on the image by using the right coordinates. (I have a wf in my profile that does it that way)
4. If greyscale images are used, save them as 8 bit.

Hi, sorry for late reply
I must use transparency, as images are, basically the ones that fill the progress bar, but they're all plain colors (I dont use photo, I make icons)
I've seen my images are not as big (the biggest ones are for the battery icons, that are 300-350bytes big, the others are just 100-200b
