Search in all categories / devices?
Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to add the ability to search for watch faces by name within each available category. I think this would be useful, especially for creators like me who design watch faces for multiple devices. While it's possible to use "site:amazfitwatchfaces.com" along with a search term, this method isn't ideal, as it often returns unrelated results.
Best regards,
Robert.

Search already works within each device category, including by name. If you’re referring to searching across all categories and displaying results in a single list, that’s technically not possible due to the site’s original structure, which wasn’t designed for multiple categories. Additionally, there’s an issue where authors may enter names inconsistently or duplicate them.
However, we’re open to hearing more detailed suggestions to better understand what kind of search functionality you’re looking for. Thanks for your input!

That’s a shame—I was specifically referring to searching across all categories at once. I understand that there’s also no option to select multiple categories while searching? For example, I’d like to search within the GTR, T-Rex, and Active sections for my watch face name, e.g., TRK D019, and see results only from those selected categories. However, I understand that this might not be possible due to the site’s structure.

We will try to implement something based on the existing search functionality, but we can’t promise anything at this point. The site’s structure was not originally designed for cross-category searches, which makes it technically challenging. However, we appreciate your suggestion and will explore possible solutions.TRK88PL wrote: 28 Feb 2025, 09:15That’s a shame—I was specifically referring to searching across all categories at once. Hello,TRK88PL wrote: 22 Apr 2025, 16:45As I see unfortunately not possible, or maybe I'm wrong and You are working on it?
Thank you for following up on your previous query regarding the ability to search across all categories or devices. I can confirm that this feature is indeed in our plans for future development.
Unfortunately, due to certain circumstances, the implementation has been delayed. We are actively working to resolve these issues and hope to introduce this functionality soon.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work towards enhancing your experience on our platform.
