I recommend that you show the link of the dial you made and have the problem
so that those who want to help you can check it.
.
.
I test to unpack and repack your OAD42 watch face with version 11.2 and tested on my BALANCE , it can display smooth seconds correctly, so I am not sure why you having the problem as you mentioned.

Example of watch face repacked with 11.2

sorry asoo, you're right, I wasn't very precise in describing the problem, and I thank you for your answer.

the problem noted is that the hand goes back one second in the cycle in which the dial is turned on. I attach the video to you.

see 3 seconds
and 8 seconds

the wathfaces is this:

From your example video, I think it works properly.
Smooth seconds may have some minor lag, like the video you showed.
This could be due to several reasons, such as:
- The watchface has a many animation, which may affect the smooth seconds.
- The image of the seconds face is too large.
- FPS setting.
However, the smooth seconds you showed as an example works properly.
If you want it to work more smoothly, you may try changing the FPS value to get the movement you want.
However, setting the FPS too high may affect the accuracy of the seconds slightly.

Example :
- Edit image sec.png
- changing FPS value
