I have to copy the file to falcon folder and swap the watch selection to falcon to upload.

How do you copy it to Falcon?

Just use file explorer to copy files from download/AmazFaces/[watch model]/xxx

Now I'm joining the beta program, update the app to beta version.
then the app can upload the watchface on GTR mini as it should. no need to manual copy the watchface files.

I have test the tool and it work great, the converted image could show on GTR mini without problem

If select use the improved algorithm the converted image size is 2-5times bigger than normal.
if not select the improved algorithm the image size is close to old format and it could show on the watch without problem.


Left: old image format from falcon watchface
Mid: new image format for GTR mini converted by zepp official watchface editor
Right: new image format for GTR mini converted by using image converter tool (force use the improved algorithm)

Updated utility for converting images. The number in the input field determines the number of colors in the image at which the improved algorithm is triggered (or you can force the enhanced algorithm to be enabled).

Improved algorithm can increase file size and conversion time. But in this mode there should be no loss of colors in the image. Therefore, this mode is best used if the image has translucency or smooth gradients.

I use your "watchface editor for GT3" and there are some watchface that when unpack the dial there is only background detected no other element detected.

The watch face you mention have add custom script which does not meet the standard of the sasha's program, so sasha's program cannot be unpacked that watchface. The program can only convert the image resource, but the script cannot do it.

Does anyone have any of the built-in watchfaces that come in the GTR Mini? I'd like to convert it for my GTR 4 if no one has done it yet.
