Amazfit Watch faces

In this topic, you may report a problem with our AmazFaces app for iOS.

Watch model:T-REX 2
Phone model:iphone X
OS version:15.5

can not sync the faces,it shows "connecting...",no response...

App version (Stable or Beta)：Amazfaces ver.3.9.130
Watch model: GTR 2e with OS 1.7.3.1 (I think this OS is the problem!)
Phone model: iPhone 11
OS version: iOS 15.5

I can not sync the faces!
The app shows only "connecting..."
Nothing happens.

I think this happened since I installed version 1.7.3.1 of the GTR 2e!

Please add MiBand 7 device in the app. I can download .bin files through browser but can't sync to the band with amazfaces or amaztools without support in the app.

There will be an update for the iOS version in the next few weeks

Hello, i have a problem to login with ios app.
Webbrowser Login is ok?
What can i do?

The app does not seem to allow GTR4 as a selection. It is also not connecting to the watch. Previously worked fine with GTR2.

Is GTR 4 planned?

At the moment we are preparing a big update for iOS. Be patient a little.

Can you give us a date for amazfit ios app update with gtr4 support? Can’t wait

for a future update for iOS, please include the GTR4 in the list of gadgets (GTR-List),
because now the only way to install WFs is using the ID-Number.

All devices that are available for Android will be available for iOS.

at this moment it's not possible to install new wf on gtr 4 with ios app ?

you put the number and you’ll find the WF for the GTR4 you want to install.

por favor, Se puede saber porque con la aplicación que tenéis en iOS no aparece la opción del el amafit GTR 4. y porque cuando selecciono las de 47mm no me deja instalar en GTR 4

Can someone tell me how it is possible to transfer big watchfaces (2.5MB) into a GTR 2e?
The transfer reaches 100% but when activating I get a message that it didn‘t worked.

App version: 3.9.130
Watch model: GTR 4
Phone model: iPhone Xs Max
OS version: iOS 16.0.3
GTR 4 not in the amazfit GTR list to pick in app.

Hi, can you elaborate how to do this? Do we have to search in the app? And where can we get this number?

EDIT: Nevermind, found it. I didn't notice there is an option to search by ID in the app. Now my problem is, the installation is getting stuck in "Connecting..."

EDIT 2: I managed to sync the watch face using the method below. Anyone who encounters sync issues, you can try it as well.

1. Select a watch face to install in Amazfaces app.
2. Select Download > Install
3. Amazfaces app will show "Connecting..."
4. Switch to Zepp app
5. Zepp app will sync
6. Switch back to Amazfaces app
7. Amazfaces app will proceed to upload the watch face to your watch
8. Enjoy your new watch face

Delete the bin file downloaded in Files (blue app), restart your phone and also your watch.
After restarting both devices, open the Zepp app and connect your watch once again, open the Amazfaces app and choose GTR2 or GTR3.

Search for an WF using the ID-Number, look for your device (GTR4), connect and install, it’ll work again!

There is no option in the app to choose GTR 4.
Others have replied on using Search ID to find gtr4 watch faces on the ios app. Where can i get the ID number?

Thank you, i got it to work twice. But today when i tried to install new watch faces, it wouldn't connect.
I tried restarting the watch, phone. I even tried reinstalling zepp and amazefaces. I'm not sure what the bug is.
