Cant load watchface from android device [T-Rex]
I just updated the amazfaces app and now can not load watch faces to my t-rex. It says failed to sync and prompts me to go to the ZEPP app and sync. Prior to update i had no issues with loading faces.
I'm having the same issue. Just bought T-Rex pro and can't sync any watch faces from amazfaces app on Android. Worked perfectly on my gtr. Any help would be much appreciated.

I found the "Notify for Amazfit & Zepp" app. There is a menu in settings that brings watchfaces from here (amazfitwatchfaces,com) and by logging in there, you can access your favorites. No errors and easier than manual installation you mentioned. Worth the try.

The amazfaces app doesnt work, for t-rex pro it never has. the "notify for Amazfit" works like a charm on the android devices and amaztools for ios.
if you download the watchface to your phone it will typically go into a downloads folder and be the first file you come across when you open the app, click the letter/envelope icon on the top right and click watchfaces, if the watch face is already in the app there is no need to download it from the website, just click install and its done. if the watchface is not available in the app then select custom watch face from the menu and browse for the file you downloaded, like i said it should show up as being the first file available to select and install it.

Go to the Zepp app, choose the T-Rex pro, scroll down and click the About... and copy the Bluetooth address.
Now go to the AmazFaces app preferences and paste the bluetooth address in the Mac adress property.
That worked for me no need for the "notify for Amazfit" app...

Have been using my T-Rex for a year with no major issues. Now I cant see my favourites (showing (0) or add new ones via the app. Shows on the computer ok? Have only been able to download new faces on a few occasions when I first got the watch but the only way now it via AmazTools. Says battery low every time but does eventually work. Bit poor if you ask me.
