The watchface you requested is sold on google play in other OS
So that means that the dial is copyrighted. So if you want to request to convert it, I suggest you try to contact the owner of the work to allow to modify the work
So that those who want to help you do not suffer later about copyright infringement

The watch face you requested is easy to make, but it is difficult to distribute because of copyright. If you really want it, I recommend that you ask the owner for permission first. Once you get permission, I will proceed. Promises do not help with copyright infringement. If you really want it, no need to promise.
