i have problem. i have WF with 25 fullscreen weather images. i have saved them so that their size is as small as possible. look at image. all images for whole watchface have 196kb what is enought for 200kb limit.

but when i create bin file the size increases rapidly to the 409kb.

why??

edit: i use png compresor and ALL compressed images (WITH numbers images) have only 140kb. but when i create bin file the size is still 409kb.. when i create WF without weather images, then is filesize smaller as all images inserted to the WF (WITHOUT weather). i generally don't understand it where is problem.

looks like watchface.exe convert images back to 24-bit png.. i don't understand why when BIP can't display more than 8 colors. then it doesn't matter which size image has when save. finery :(
