I think you should ask permission from the owner of the work first because the owner clearly stated in the description that

"NO SE ADMITEN COPIAS, VERSIONES, O MODIFICACIONES
Si tenéis alguna sugerencia, donad.............."

"No copying, versioning, or editing is allowed.
If you want me to edit anything, donate......."
So I think you must to ask premission the ower before make a request
