From you attached the link about watchface, you can see that there are many colors of dials and you did not specify which color you wanted. So I chose to do the first color I saw.
Next time, I recommend giving complete details, otherwise those who want to help you may not take any action.

I did not test it on a real device because I do not have a GTS4mini
All tests were done on the editor only
This dial may have some differences from the original.
Due to different screen sizes, the layout may differ from the original.
