Recreate GRR T903 watchface from Facer to GTR3

Hello guys,

do you think is feasible convert this watchface from Facer https://www.facer.io/watchface/gAdCsI52 ... cwatchpro5 to GTR3?
Smoothing background effect can be skip of course, will be nice to have at least blue and green background.
I don't get the usage of double second arrow, but in case just red one can be kept.
