Hi,
I am looking for a smartwatch with storage for music (for running). The other smart functions (heart beat, etc...) are not so important for me right now (but perhaps in the future).
So I am thinking about to buy the GTS 2 or GTS 4.
What do you think is the better buy and why? Is the GTS 4 worth the higher price?
Thank you!

Lokking for advice: GTS 2 or GTS 4 ?

Hello Vespisti2000,
I previously had a Bip then a GTS1, then I upgraded to the GTS4.
The GTS2 has the same screen as the GTS1 (348x442) while the GTS4 has a larger screen (390x450) so a better display while not being wider on the wrist.
The GTS4 has a more efficient GPS (the same as the other high-end models from Amazfit: Balance, GTR4, Falcon, Cheetah Pro...).
Finally, the GTS4 has a storage capacity of 4 GB.
These are probably the elements that justify the price difference (the GTS2 came out 3 years ago while the GTS4 is only from last year).
But we should not neglect the Amazfit Active which came out a few months ago: same screen as the GTS4, GPS a little less powerful (but surely better than the GTS2), a little less storage and for a lower price and whose operating system has just been updated... while this is not the case for the GTS4.
Good luck with your choice!
Best regards from France.
Guy.

Thank you for the reply!
I have bought the GTS2 for 72 € (new) at amazon while the GTS 4 was approx. 160 €.
I prefer wearing a real watch during the day and the smartwatch is only for workout (Running) so I didn't see for me the added value you have mentioned.
I am absolutely happy with the GTS 2 and will try to create a watchface.
So, again, thank you.
