Because p i p b o y has copyright.
If I remember correctly, there was a complaint from the copyright owner, p i p b o y, regarding copyright infringement by using his work. published without permission, So that is reason that the link you attached is a private link.

They are not displayed on the web page. The only access is through a direct link.
