Hi all,
I made my first watch face for my Bip U Pro (https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/bip/view/42799), but it won't install properly on my device. There are 2 issues:
1. The AmazFaces app is unresponsive after tapping "install watch face". I have installed a number of watch faces made by the community before, no issues until now.
2. When I use the "Run on Device" with a QR code from watchface.zepp.com (where I made the watch face), everything loads EXCEPT the background image.
Thanks in advice!

On the WatchFace Maker online platform, this problem has been happening for a long time, the problem exists when loading the 302x320 and 202x214 images.
In the support forum they told us that it is a problem that exists in the cloud where the files are, at the moment it is a temporary problem and it does not always happen.
What I suggest you to do before transferring the Watch Face to the device is to export the WatchFace Maker zab file, unzip it and check if everything is correct with this tool https://watchface-web-editor.vercel.app/

Anyone managed to make the background image work at all? It always load empty for me when I sync the watchface with the device...
