Minimal watch request

Hi friends, can someone please create this watchface from facer for GtR4?

The only change i need is to add the month date number at the empty space at 3 o'clock and change the F for Fahrenheit to c for celsius. With shortcuts or clickable data for heart rate, steps and weather temperature.

It looks and works great thank you. Is it too much work to make shortcuts for steps, heart rate and weather? If it is i just like it the way it is. Thank you
