Is there a software or sdk to create custom watch face for the Xiaomi Smart Band 8? I see that there are a few custom ones in here so how do people actually create them?

in which there are the links to download EasyFace_Gen2_Compiler_SB8 and a PDF guide in russian that is not helping me. If someone can help us to create new watchfaces for Mi band 8 it would be much appreciated.
