It looks like the dial is coded. As a result, it cannot be unpacked with existing tools, so resources cannot be accessed. If you want to try contacting the watch face owner. It should be another option.

I think it's possible. But I'm sorry I won't make this watch face. I see you are in Group "WF maker" and you can also use Adobe photoshop. So, I think you should give it a try by yourself.

I just adjust the watchfaces for my own needs, I'm a complete amateur in photoshop, I can work in it about 3%
so I can't make the watchface
