I've searched a lot and the only method you can find is to create it in Mi band 6 format first and then convert it to mi band 7 format..
I first prepare it in band 6 format with the program called MiBandWatchFaces.
Then I convert this format, which I prepared from https://watchface-web-editor.vercel.app/ to band 7.
