In this topic, you may report a problem with our AmazFaces app for Android.
To do this, please, provide the following information:

Description of your problem

Not able to sync watch faces to zepp

Issue: fail to sync faces after download, and having issue to reconnect again..Zepp app was still connecting

Please help fix it...Thanks.

Problem solved with version 3.0..Thanks

But my another phone unable to get version 3.0, even after reinstall still get version 2.6 from PlayStore. No push update for apps??

Hi
I have a Amazfit X and a Samsung Galaxy S21 with android 11.
I installed the newest Amaz-Faces App.
So I have download a watchface and tried to install it it seems to work but the watchface is neither on the watch nor in the Zepp App under watchface settings to find. The Amaz-Faces App has recognized my Amazfit X.

Have anybody a solution for this Problem.

This is not possible, because on my Phone is Android Version 11 is installiert and so I have no access to the files that should be replaced.

How to change the watchfaces, so that is being overwritten is the watchfaces no. 1 or no. 2 only, not no, 3.
I always tried that overwritten watchfaces no. 3

There are no error messages. It seems it works, but the watchface is not transfered to the watch.

There are no error messages. It seems it works, but the watchface is not transfered to the watch.
The solution is You install "Notify for Amazfit & Zepp: Your privacy first" and there You can install any watchface You like.

Not able to access my favorites. (Error message after having swiped down to refresh: "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.")

When I go to favourites it tells me that the service is temporarily unavailable. It gives me this message for several days now.

Amazfit T rex pro v 2.0.4.11
Samsung Galaxy A 21 running latest software Version 10
Amazface ver 3.1.188
Zepp Ver 6.3.3
Downloaded it the other day Amazface and selected T rex pro. I have tried 10 different faces and only one has worked. The others well it Dls then is syncs and then its a garbled screen. All pixelated and not readable. I even tried other creators on it as well same thing. What am I doing wrong? Im not getting errors, my mac id is correct as well. Its like maybe 1 out of ten faces work.
