When unpacking the watch faces, it is advisable to immediately select the correct watch model, otherwise the colors may be distorted.

It is desirable to create a new project in a separate folder. Image names do not have to consist only of numbers, you can add short prefixes (for example, date_01, time_01).
Watch faces created in the editor and on Huami's website should unpack normally. Watch faces from Zepp and those created based on them will not be unpacked.
In a set of images for displaying one parameter (for example, images for displaying the day of the week), all images should preferably be the same size. If the size of the images is different, then the first image in the set should be the largest.

All new features in this and next release will be tested on the GTR4 and may not work on other models.

The hourly value matches BIP 6 in the editor. However, the foreground and background are reversed in the minutely value. See photo.
Please send me the project where the error occurs. That will make it easier for me to test it.

Version 16.1
...
Hello Sasha,
When I try to overlay the numbers (effect for colors) in the editor, the foreground and background are swapped!

The hourly value matches BIP 6 in the editor. However, the foreground and background are reversed in the minutely value. See photo.

Best regards, JAGGER

I've encountered this problem before, and it's not a issue of program , but rather a requirement of the program's digital time generation method. If in widget "Digital time" if you use layer
Seconds , Minute , Hour
Imagem
after you packed, elements seconds , minute , hour it will create in one widget ( normal_digital_clock_img_time )

It won't separate the widget into:
normal_digital_clock_img_time_hour
normal_digital_clock_img_time_minute

and that's the problem. When it doesn't separate them,
it combines all the "digital_clock_images" into a single widget.
Therefore, the layers aren't arranged correctly as you want.
if you use layer seconds , minute , hour script will pack like this :

Código: Selecionar todos

            normal_time_hour_text_font = hmUI.createWidget(hmUI.widget.TEXT, {
              x: 193,
              y: 88,
              w: 150,
              h: 65,
              text_size: 52,
              char_space: 19,
              color: 0xFFFF8C00,
              line_space: 0,
              align_v: hmUI.align.TOP,
              text_style: hmUI.text_style.ELLIPSIS,
              align_h: hmUI.align.LEFT,
              // padding: true,
              show_level: hmUI.show_level.ONLY_NORMAL,
            });

            normal_digital_clock_img_time = hmUI.createWidget(hmUI.widget.IMG_TIME, {
              hour_startX: 171,
              hour_startY: 103,
              hour_array: ["Time_0.png","Time_1.png","Time_2.png","Time_3.png","Time_4.png","Time_5.png","Time_6.png","Time_7.png","Time_8.png","Time_9.png"],
              hour_zero: 1,
              hour_space: 0,
              hour_angle: 0,
              hour_align: hmUI.align.LEFT,

              minute_startX: 169,
              minute_startY: 179,
              minute_array: ["Time_0.png","Time_1.png","Time_2.png","Time_3.png","Time_4.png","Time_5.png","Time_6.png","Time_7.png","Time_8.png","Time_9.png"],
              minute_zero: 0,
              minute_space: 0,
              minute_angle: 0,
              minute_follow: 0,
              minute_align: hmUI.align.LEFT,

              show_level: hmUI.show_level.ONLY_NORMAL,
            });

            normal_time_minute_text_font = hmUI.createWidget(hmUI.widget.TEXT, {
              x: 187,
              y: 164,
              w: 150,
              h: 79,
              text_size: 57,
              char_space: 14,
              color: 0xFFFF8C00,
              line_space: 0,
              align_v: hmUI.align.TOP,
              text_style: hmUI.text_style.ELLIPSIS,
              align_h: hmUI.align.LEFT,
              show_level: hmUI.show_level.ONLY_NORMAL,
            });

The easiest solution is to move the seconds layer to the bottom.
Imagem
Then after you pack , you'll have separate digital_clock widgets for hour, minute, and seconds.
And the layering will be correct as you want.

if you use layer minute , hour, seconds script will pack like this :

Código: Selecionar todos

            normal_time_hour_text_font = hmUI.createWidget(hmUI.widget.TEXT, {
              x: 193,
              y: 88,
              w: 150,
              h: 65,
              text_size: 52,
              char_space: 19,
              color: 0xFFFF8C00,
              line_space: 0,
              align_v: hmUI.align.TOP,
              text_style: hmUI.text_style.ELLIPSIS,
              align_h: hmUI.align.LEFT,
              // padding: true,
              show_level: hmUI.show_level.ONLY_NORMAL,
            });

            normal_digital_clock_img_time_hour = hmUI.createWidget(hmUI.widget.IMG_TIME, {
              hour_startX: 171,
              hour_startY: 103,
              hour_array: ["Time_0.png","Time_1.png","Time_2.png","Time_3.png","Time_4.png","Time_5.png","Time_6.png","Time_7.png","Time_8.png","Time_9.png"],
              hour_zero: 1,
              hour_space: 0,
              hour_angle: 0,
              hour_align: hmUI.align.LEFT,
              show_level: hmUI.show_level.ONLY_NORMAL,
            });

            normal_time_minute_text_font = hmUI.createWidget(hmUI.widget.TEXT, {

              show_level: hmUI.show_level.ONLY_NORMAL,
            });

            normal_digital_clock_img_time_minute = hmUI.createWidget(hmUI.widget.IMG_TIME, {
              minute_startX: 169,
              minute_startY: 179,

@asoo That's why I usually ask for the entire project to check for errors. Sometimes the problem arises in a completely different place than you think.

I think it can be considered an editor error. In any mode, the preview in the editor should match what will be displayed on the clock.

Perhaps, as you said, the problem is caused by the fact that if you don't change the order of hours, minutes and seconds, they are created by a single widget. This is done so that the minutes can be set to follow the hours and you don't have to set separate coordinates for them (and for the seconds too). But few people use this feature. In addition, this can now be done using fonts, and there is a separate widget for this in the numeric time block in the editor. So maybe we could remove this option and always separate the hours, minutes and seconds into separate widgets? Maybe that would cause less confusion?

Based on everything you've said, I agree. And I think removing that option should not cause any problems, because normally, every time I create a digital time, I always arrange the HMS layout first, as I want the widgets to be separate.
I think separating the HMS widgets makes them work better in custom script.

Hi, I've uploaded the ZIP file. If you want to take a look, here's the link; it's the last file, the one that starts with "Test"! The overlay is displayed correctly in the editor, but not on the clock where the minutes are. I used this effect because I was too lazy to display the numbers in a graphic like that ;-) Unfortunately, it's unusable because the minutes are swapped. Best regards

Unfortunately, I'm not a program author like you or my brother, who works at Audi Ingolstadt.

As a user, it looks to me like the overlay is simply reversed for the minutes. Because the overlay is correct for the hours!

Best regards

Assign a Tasker task to a button created with your application (Task Shortcut). Or to one of your application's default shortcuts. Many applications and launchers contain "Tasker Shortcuts" (to a Tasker task). Button Mapper, Nova Launcher, etc.

But Tasker works on your phone. And the watch face is on your watch. The watch face cannot send data or commands to your phone.
For this to work, you need an intermediary application on the watch that will transmit commands to the phone. And you may need an intermediary application on the phone that will transmit commands to Tasker. Even if someone makes these applications, most users will not use them and will find them too complicated.

I understand it can't be easy. You're right. But on the other hand, one thinks we could, for example, reply to WhatsApp messages from the watch... replies that would then go to a phone. Now, the Balance 2 doesn't have Amazon Alexa. They've replaced it with Zepp Flow (which is more limited). Perhaps with Amazon Alexa on the watch, I could turn a smart bulb on/off. With Zepp Flow, that's impossible. One also thinks about the feature some watches have that locates your phone by sending a command that makes it vibrate. I don't know, I think maybe something could be done. It would certainly be revolutionary and very practical. Let's not forget that the watch records activity and transmits it to the watch itself. Anyway, I don't know anything about programming. I've just been an average Tasker user for over 10 years.

You can find links related to Lessons and Guides
on the program's About page, but they aren't in English. However, they aren't difficult to understand.

I want numbers to change both their content and position over time, like a second hand, displaying the number 5 at 5 seconds and at a 30-degree angle, and the number 30 at 30 seconds and at a 180-degree angle.
thank you

if yes , you can do it by use custom script. You can unpack and view script in index.js at the additional section.
https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/balance/view/744

However, there may be other, potentially better ways to do this, depending on the individual scriptwriter.

Hello, I would like to ask why does adding ttf does not work? I mean it shows as though it is added, but it is still using system fonts i guess. How do i make it use my added font?

Edit: All is working, somehow my system can use this ttf font, but editor does not, although other fonts do work. Sorry.

Question: https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/balance/view/744
Can this watch face be converted into a watch face compatible with the GTR3 using the editor?
I was unable to import this watch face into the editor.

I was unable to import this watch face into the editor.
Editor Version 16.1 can unpack and convert this watchface but after convert you must edit some value in " user_script.js" suitable for screen sizes of 454x454 (GTR3).

And after conversion, the current temperature section will not be displayed.
Because, if I remember correctly, ZeppOS 1 does not support the current temp (Value with angle) widget.

This file is project after unpack , convert and edit user_script.js

If possible, next time your question relates to a watchface you want to convert, it's recommended to ask in the watchface section of that device.
I will not be taking any further action.
If you require any further corrections, please proceed yourself.

Thank you very much.
I imported this watch face design for the GTR 3 into the editor without any problems. Now I'll work on it a bit and upload it to my GTR 3 smartwatch. Once everything is OK and I've verified it, I'll post this modified watch face design in "WatchFaces," which is here.
I added:
Unfortunately, I was unable to create numerical seconds running around the circumference of the watch face for the GTR 3. That's what I cared about most. It's probably not possible for this model.
