I can finally upload WFs to my iPhone. Still no luck with the WF App but I can upload using Amaztools. AT fails on the first attempt but restarting Amaztools and trying again works.
I changed a T-REX to a T-REX PRO and I can't change the face of the watch. I've checked everything in terms of connection and nothing advances. Before, it worked perfectly with the T-REX.

In the app for iPhone there are now two options for installing watchfaces; Low or Fast. What is the difference?
I can understand if it was "slow" or "fast", but "LOW" and "FAST" have no relation so I don't understand which option to use when installing. Thanks otherwise for a great app!!

Zepp: synced with watch. All functions working, Watch discoverable etc.
Amazfaces app: Watch face downloaded. DEVICE DISCOVERY REPEATEDLY FAILS. Error message asks me to do thing I already have done, like keeping Zepp running in background etc.
I have been unable to upload wf's to my TRexPro, using the AmazFaces App, since around the time of the last iOS update to 14.6 recently. The app identifies the watch ok but briefly displays a message saying there isn’t enough space on the watch. However, that message quickly dissappears and it looks like the transfer is starting. However, I then get the dreaded make sure Zepp is running, which it is.
I only have the min 3 default wfs and one 320kb wf on the watch.
Also, I couldn't report this using the App report feature, because the Send button is hidden by some text under the Enter Text area. I can enter my message but there is novisible Send button.
I found a solution to uploading a WF from the Amazface iOS App losing the bluetooth connection or failing and showing the "Make sure Zepp is Running" fail message.
I restored my TRexPro to factory Settings, and the zepp App restored everything, which is good to know.
However, I was still getting connection problems. The solution, was to make sure that the watch is being charged when uploading. This worked for me on an iPhone6S with iOS 14.6.

I have tried this method today. I hot the watch charging, and it is still not working. The difference is, it now starts to download but in the end I get the infamous “generic error code”and it does not install. Frustrating at least.

Update: I did charge the phone when installing, but first I deleted one of my old watchfaces and magically it worked.
So, bottom line is: keep the watch charging, delete one of your old watch faces, amaz watch faces, choose the one you like, share it to amaztools, you get an error code, click on the 3 dots on the top right, select custom file type, watchfaces and then install - it WILL work then. Phew!!!!
App version: 3.6.120
Watch model: T REX
Phone model: iPhone 11 Pro Max
OS version: iOS 14.8
I have a T-Rex. I was able to download and update my watch faces without issue. The last time I changed was abt 2 months ago.
I am using Iphone 11 pro max and 2 days ago, I updated the IOS to 14.8.
I tried updating the faces to my watch. It will indicate on my watch "Syncing Watch....." and on my phone it will show the progress. When it reached 100%, my watch will show error to upload face. I tried many times and tried to reinstall Amazfaces app but to no avail. (My Zepp app was still running at the background)
I then tried to use the Zepp app to try and see if I can change the face using their default watch faces and it worked. So it not bluetooth connection issue.
