I've found a little error in the Italian translation.
When selecting the days of week via font, the program puts the following string in the name of week field:
Lu,Ma,Me,Gi;Ve,Sa,Do
There is a ";" instead of "," between "Gi" and "Ve"

You can simply create a 4-day (or possibly 5-day) forecast and move the first day to the outside of the screen (to the left).

That’s not quite right. Your design is such that the forecast starts at the edge of the screen. So you can move the first day off-screen. But the design doesn’t always ...
