You have a 1 pixel preview picture. Make it a normal size.
To do this, just click Refresh Preview in the editor. and in the dialog box, select No.

Please, make a donation to the developer of the software (SashaCX75) for creating watch faces. Who cannot do more, should give him even a small, only symbolic amount of money.
He really needs any such payment now.
