Amazfit Watch faces

There's no message, all you can see is this screen when you click on the icon where your profile should open up.
Watch: GTS4
Phone: iPhone 15
OS: iOS 18.5

PS I have accidentally fixed it (for now) going to app settings and removing cookies.

Also, it asks the concern for cookies every single time ...

The app does not allow to log in. I use the most recent version 4.7.395
