Amazfit Watch faces

A very recent update has totally screwed me. All my 2+ years of tracking my Resting Heart Rate all of it has disappeared with the update. Took me two days after the update to even find where the tracking is for the Resting Heart Rate.
So now do I assume they are going to make me pay for this, I do ...
