Using seconds to display 'Happy Christmas' with changing colours.

This works on the GIF, but not on the Bip:

file:///C:/Users/Simon/Desktop/ChristmasDigital_packed/aaa.gif

On the BIP, 'Happy Christmas' is not displayed.

I think I've read that the seconds PNG's can be no more than 22 pixels tall and I've complied with that.

Any suggestions how I can get this to ...
