Amazfit Watch faces

All but the official moon phase dial are unavailable, very confusing

Hello dear friends, the moon phase display of my GTR3 PRO watch doesn't work, the moon phase will stay still when I install a third-party dial, but the moon phase display of the official dial is normal, I would like to ask if this is the reason for the software ?
