Amazfit Watch faces

Everything seemed to work ok until I tried to change my watch face. It starts syncing, stops at 5% on the app, then the watch displays "couldn't sync". Then my watch disconnects from the app and has to reconnect.

The watch faces I try to sync show up under the download record, but I can't get them ...
