Amazfit Watch faces

The problem is that I cannot turn off the watch, screen is black andd the buttons are not responding...

While downloadimg a watchface the screen was locked , the scrren is blank, within 30 seconds intervals amazfit logo appears with a vibration stays there for a few seconds, and then screen is blank again. I unpaired the device but the problem is goning on...
What shall I do ?

During the last week I was not able to download watchfaces. I reinstalled the app, choose a watcface, at tha left of download button there is a settings choice, ı select "file swap" method..Download the watchface and it works.....

I am not using the beta version (ı checked all my apps , there is no beta version)...I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but couldn't solve the problem...

For the last two days Amazfaces app (Android) closes itself when I try to download a watchface for my GTR 42 mm...
Is there someyhing wrong with tje app ?
