1. in Activity>>Distance there is 2 digits before separator (example: 00.02 kilometers instead og 0.02) this is no needed IMHO. Anyway this create problems with left alignment which seems too far to the left, as if one of the two "zeroes" did not respect the minimum distance to the left.

Can someone point me out to a guide/software? Feels like it`s some kind of secret something....


Sometimes you have to experiment by yourself and read a lot... Yeah I know "read", right ... Not everything is delivered on a silver plate...
BTW Manelto made a quick post literally 2 or 3 days ago ...

Ok, I did a thorough read of that wiki page. I do understand why palette mode is smaller. My question still stands though - why my 32kb of .png turns into 315kb of .bin? I don't think i can reduce the .png files any more


Have you checked the number of times you call your 32kb pngs in ...

In the previewGenerator python file (watchFaceParser directory), change the size to 454 also.

If your image has too many color and you want to use the palette mode, you have to posterize it, reduce the number of tones.

I may be wrong but afaik, the important thing is not (only) the actual size of your pngs (and yes colors and transparency as said above) but the number of references in your json.
1png of 1kb used once is bin-lighter that 1png of 0.5kb used 3 times for example.

Again i may be wrong...
