Amazfit Watch faces

iPhone not syncing to my watch fully.
I get goal notifications, gps signal notification but although sms and whatsapp and incoming call are switched on I no longer receive the alert and vibration.
I have tried to reboot both phone and watch and turn off notifications for WhatsApp and messages and ...

Have been using my T-Rex for a year with no major issues. Now I cant see my favourites (showing (0) or add new ones via the app. Shows on the computer ok? Have only been able to download new faces on a few occasions when I first got the watch but the only way now it via AmazTools. Says battery low ...
