Amazfit Watch faces

I have figured out how to build watchfaces for the Bip. However, the resolution doesn't look great even on the larger numbers. I create my graphics in Adobe Illustrator and then export at 96dpi. What is the best practice for making watchface graphics? Perhaps I should be building the graphics in ...
