You can only do it via the PC and USB charger. Go to This PC\Amazfit Stratos\Internal storage\.watchfacethumb folder and delete the files there. Stupid really. Also, if you've downloaded the WFZ files via PC into the WatchFaces folder, they'll still be there, so make sure you also delete the ones ...
