It's not ziped file. I compared the bin files without compression.
I did other test, packed with main.exe and the file is also smaller. I guess is the preview file that makes the difference, is it possible to pack bin without preview? And compressed also?

Generally you have to reduce the size of the pngs as much as possible. Cut out any unneeded pixels from around the elements. I believe you can also not include the preview png or add one that's blank to save space.
