The annual replacement of the smartwatch loses its sense not only from the financial side, but due to the own work put into the watch faces intended for the current model.

There is probably no such possibility. You can try to set the second hand as an animation and choose its animation parameters so that a full 360 ° rotation lasts 1 minute. In this case, however, the second hand can only be displayed under the hour and minute hands.
