Is it necessary to connect my Amazfit Bip with my handset by Bluetooth?

I need more information how to save my battery energy, because I am not a havy user that's why I want to use my watch for long time without charging.

Today I turn off all features like heart rate monitor, weather, gps, sleep monitor, any type of notifications and also turn off my handset Bluetooth feature. Today I don't connect my watch with my handset or MI FIT app.

Sir, In December I purchased an Amazfit Bip watch from Malaysia. Now I am staying at Bangladesh. At first I installed Mi fit app and connected with my watch. In Mi Fit app I was select region OTHER because there have no option for Bangladesh. I changed my device 100% . Now Turn on service is heart ...
