Amazfit Watch faces

I cant put to work this tool... when I try to open a bin file just open a DOS window but close and nothing appear.
This tool can open an existent bin file face and then edit?
Any help please?

Nobody explain how create faces to 42mm!

I don't understand why there are already many faces for 42mm but there are no tools or instructions to make them!
can anyone explain?
