Could someone make tutorial to create watch faces for Mi Band 4 from scratch?

I want to create a fully custom high dev watch faces from scratch. But I can't find any tutorials about it. I want to know what tools do I need to create a watch face, how should I do it, what should I prepare, etc. If anybody could make a complete list of tools needed and steps from start to finish I'd appreciate it. Thank you!
