How does it work?

When I make some watchfaces for MIBAND 4 when I include Seconds, the date, steps, and another status just disappear. What is happening?

That is "normal" in Mi Band 4. It would need to be fixed in the firmware (just like the weather) but I doubt that fix will be implemented, so if you make a watch face with seconds don't include any other properties, and don't bother making a watchface with weather as that doesn't work (it only displays the first icon in the list).

I’m having the same trouble, but what do you mean with “don’t include any other properties”? Is there any fix?

Other properties being: pulse, steps, distance, calories which are all under activities. I didn't bother making any watchfaces with other display options but I think some have reported that date also gets hidden. You can quickly test this by including all the available options to see what is shown and what is not. I'd test it but I currently don't have time.

As for a fix, there is none unless Xiaomi or who ever is in charge of making the firmware updates the functionality.
