low quality watch case?

Hello ,
after less than a year using Amazfit Stratos 2 I had to face a very serious damage that can no longer make me use the watch; it must be happened because of the weak material of the watch case.
The damage is in the inner corner, so I suppose it crashed only with the twist of my wrist - playing tennis and swimming, but unfortunately I'm not an ATP player or an Olympic swimmer -.
I asked support Huami to know how to solve it, but they have no idea and didn't answered me back anymore, except pointing out that this Amazfit Stratos is not guaranteed for problems due to the use of their watchs
. I wonder if it was designed just for knitting 
...
In any case any suggestion will be wellcome .
