Amazfit Watch faces

Hi, I have a problem with my charging area. Does anybody ever experience this kind of situation. When i charged my watch maybe it's over power and melt the charging port & the plastic attach to the watch. What is the best solution? TQ

Contact your dealer if the watch is still under warranty.
