Amazfit Watch faces

I tried to modify a WF. I putted the gif, png and bin file in the WF folder but the app don't see it.
I used the explorer to it to get it to my watch. I got the message if I want to open it with the Mi Fit app.
When I agree I got "Can't read file".
I thought the problem could be in the modification.

So I took an existing working bin file. Made a json file and made of him again a bin file without any modification.
Putted back in the WF folder and renamed it back to the original name.
It didn't saw it any more in the Mi app. Again trying with an explorer the same message "Can't read the file".

I also tried with administrator command-line for making json and bin and there NO errors.

What's going wrong or what I'm doing wrong??

Disassemble .bin file with AmazfitBipTools (AmazfitCorTools for Cor), click on Select images and select them from watchface folder by Ctrl+A, then select JSON file by clicking on JSON Select. Yes I Disassemble .bin file with AmazfitBipTools. Then I click on Select images and select them from watchface folder by Ctrl+A, then I select JSON file by clicking on JSON Select. Then I compile the json file with AmazfitBipTools. I copy the 3 files to the WF folder (AmazFit_WF) on my mobile.
Then I don't see it using the MiFit app. I'more than 100% sure it's in the right folder. If I try open the bin file with an explorer I get the message if I want to open it with the MiFit app.
When I agree I got "Can't read file".

You can use "watch skin local" (Local watch Face) in Mi Fit to update or change your watch face.
But you must to edit some bytes in the .BIN file In order to make that .bin file can be displayed in "watch skin local"

Strange it couldn't the right way. As Local Watch Face it worked perfect.
