Amazfit Watch faces

I use the Zepp App on an Android phone with 10 Amazfit BIP 3 Pro watches to track offroad Motorcycle racers. It usually works well syncing the data, but about every other time I race and try to sync the data, one of the watches data never shows up in the Zepp app after the sync. Once the watch thinks the data is synced, there is no way to mark it in the watch to try to upload it again.  THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING TO LOSE DATA!!! THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO RESYNC AND UPLOAD THE DATA AGAIN. I have tried the swipe down in the home screen to sync the data, but since the workout on the watch does not have the red dot next to it, it will not upload again. I replaced one of the watches that had this happened to more than once, but that did not solve the problem. Amazfit support has not been helpful. Has anyone experienced this and have tips to keep this from happening? Does anyone know of a way to get workout data out of a watch that already thinks the data has been synced? The data is there in the watch! There should be a way to get it out!!!!
