Upcoming server migration and temporary service interruption
Posted: 12 Jul 2026, 08:12
Hi everyone,
We would like to let you know that very soon we will begin migrating AmazfitWatchFaces to a new server.
This is a major infrastructure upgrade that will involve moving the website, forum, databases, and related services to a new environment. The new server will use a modern software stack and NVMe storage, which should provide better performance and give us much more flexibility for future updates and improvements.
During the final stage of the migration, the website and related services may be temporarily unavailable. We will do our best to keep the downtime as short as possible.
Please also be aware that some data created on the day of the migration may be lost if it is added after the final database copy has started. This may include forum posts, private messages, watch face uploads, account changes, or other activity. We therefore recommend avoiding any important uploads or changes while the migration is in progress.
A maintenance page will be displayed once the final migration begins.
We do not have an exact start time yet, but the migration is expected to begin very soon. We will post additional information when the process starts and once everything is back online.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. This is an important upgrade for the project, and we hope the move to the new server will provide a better and more stable foundation for the future.
