Amazfit Watch faces

Hello,
I have installed watchfaces on my Active 2.
I have installed Active 2 and GTR4 watchfaces, as the GTR4 is given as compatible for Active 2.

After installing those watchfaces, the sensors are not working anymore.
I don't know if that's a concidence or not, maybe I there was a hardware problem just at this time, but the cause to effect is strange.

I did a factory reset of the watch, but sensors remain dead: no green light and of course no health monitoring anymore.

Does anybody had the same issue ?

yeah in my case the screen is dead, luckily still under warranty and the service center replace my unit
so dont even try to install another wf to this watch even if the screen size is the same
