Amazfit Watch faces

Hello
After battery ended and replaced,
Watch menus and main screen appear in white boxes without graphics,
I downloaded a screen and the new screen works ok, but all menus still are as white boxes.
Attached some pictures of the problem
Any advice ?

Did you try a factory reset?

Yes, didn’t help

How did you perform a full reset? Did you simply disconnect them from your account and reset the settings? Or did you hold down the power button while the watch was charging to roll back to the factory firmware?
When you turn on the watch, does the animation display normally, or are there problems there as well?

When charging and resetting, only small green icon appears on the screen (no charging status), please see attached photo
