The Balance 2 has only just been released (in China), and currently there’s no official information about how its watch faces work or if they differ from the original Balance. Most likely, it will support the same faces — so you can try using Balance-compatible ones for now. We’ll update the app/site if something changes officially.airdmo wrote: 22 May 2025, 16:36This device has been released in China

Thank you very much for the detailed information and for taking the time to test it out — it’s really helpful and appreciated.asoo wrote: 23 May 2025, 06:49From testing by creating a watchface with the official tools, it can be seen that Balance and Balance2 are in the same category.
I have tried creating a watchface and exporting it to Balance2 model and trying to install it in my Balance. It works. Personally, I think that the image management of Balance2 should be the same as Balance, so I expect that Balance watchface can be used on Balance2 as well.
However, if there are new API capabilities added in Balance2, it is possible that it will not be done properly in Balance.
But I have not seen that in the official editor, which still uses API 1 to manage. So, in conclusion, if a watchface created by the official tools, If I understand correctly, it can be used with Balance2 and Balance.
Hope the information is useful.
Best regards.
I'm not sure either since I haven't seen an official Balance2 dial yet, but overall I think it can fits into the same category as the Balance watchface. However, if it is subdivided in subset on Balance area, it will look more organized.GIK-Team wrote: 23 May 2025, 07:46

Given what you’ve found, do you think it makes sense to create a separate filter (in existing category) for the new Balance2 model at this point? Or would it be better to keep things as they are for now, since compatibility appears to be the same?
Thank you! That makes sense.asoo wrote: 23 May 2025, 07:59I'm not sure either since I haven't seen an official Balance2 dial yet, but overall I think it can fits into the same category as the Balance watchface. However, if it is subdivided in subset on Balance area, it will look more organized.
If you want to report or inform about Amazface app, I suggest you to create a new post in Amazface app area. ( viewforum.php?f=23 ) In that area you will probably get the correct and fast answer.syadasti wrote: 26 Jun 2025, 23:21I have been using the Amazfaces iOS app for years GTR3, TRex2, Balance, Active 2, and Bip6. Even with the newer watches I was able to connect and load my personal faces to those. I just got a Balance 2 and the Amazfaces app doesn’t detect it and choosing Balance>Balance 2 doesn’t work either.
I was only able to upload them here and use developer mode to scan the resulting QR code.
