Questions about TREX 2

Hi all,
I recently got this model and i don't find how to enable an alarm or indicator to get a sound/vibration or similar every X secs, (25secs for example), usefull to keep a pace. Is it possible to configure this easy feature in this watch? Is it only posible in a specific sport? Which one?
Also, if you create a template training, there are 3 interval types that i don't see any difference in data i mean, Break, Restore and Relaxed, which is the difference? for example in all of them, the pace is still working while you are in this interval (this make no sense in my opinion). What do you think?
