Installing a Watch Face from .zip File [Balance]

I have the .zip file someone made me for a watch face to try for the Balance. I'm accustomed to scanning a QR code, but the .zip file doesn't contain a QR code. How do I install this to my Balance? Does the original watchmaker have to make a QR code, or is there a workaround when you have the entire .zip file? Sorry, I'm a newbie here. The watch face is a converted GTR 3 Pro face converted to be native to the Balance. Thanks in advanced for your help!
